Day 5 GBS holiday program
In the quiz I think I have gotten all the answers right or at least some right about the amazing teachers and teacher aids at Glenbrae School. This was a pretty easy task to take for the last day of week one’s holiday program.

Term 4 week 1 Recount Writing
Plan: Spending time with my friends
When: 2022 Eid, 21 April to 22 April
What: Go around people’s houses
Where: All around New Zealand
Why: Celebrate Eid
Who: Friends around the city
Time with my Friends and Family
During the school term 2 musilm and islamic holidays people spend together with the older people and a bit of time with the younger kids who have been going around people cooking lots of food and design.
The celebration lasts for two to three days. The more holidays you have, the more people come over. But my parents spend two days only because they don’t want me and my brother to miss lots of school.
For Eid the same people like to stay home to cook so when the people come the food is ready for them to eat and for the little kids that come along with their parents we have to give them a gift to say eid mubarak and to thank them for coming instead of staying back at home or staying back on the cars that is what happened for same houses like my house.
On the second day of Eid my parents take me and my siblings to other people’s houses like how they came over or that hasn’t come over to the house. It doesn’t matter if you go to the house that has come over because of them coming over and us going over it’s all the same thing for kids because if you go over two times it will be the same thing. Then the only difference is the house that has been designed and the food.
(When I was little I thought that if I went to their house two times I would get two times the money but I didn’t. It was all wrong). Every time I would get a gift from an adult I would be so happy that I would always get more than my brother but sometimes I get the same amount as him. But for kids the main reason for them to get a gift or money has also been the same reason for me when I was little but as I grew up. I have now noticed that the day for Eid is not just for me to get a treat or money. It’s about spending time with family and friends. That is what I have learnt during the years and the life.

I think that the parents should be educating their little kids or their teenagers about the starting of puberty and the end of puberty about how the body can hurt and what it does to the body.
If the parents or if the older people don’t tell them about puberty or what the puberty does they won’t understand any things when they are on it so that is one reason why they should talk to them about puberty or tell them about puberty. Every parent that has a daughter should talk to them or educate them about how puberty works and why it works like that. Mothers or aunts should educate them about puberty starting from the age of 8 because that is the age that girls probably start their puberty. I think that the parents should educate their daughters more, even the girls, because the girls get more pain and more emotions than the boys. Every parent with sons should also educate or talk to them about the meaning of puberty and also why there is a different puberty for the boys. The fathers or the ulcles that live near them or that stay with them should tell them about how puberty works and how it changes their body and they should be talking to them about puberty starting from the age of 9 it is because that the boys can start their puberty from the age of 9 to 14 year old. So do you agree? |

Conclusion | This is the same reason why the parents should talk to their younger kids from the right age. They should be educated so when they are in puberty they know what to do and also why it happens to them. |
